What is being prepared
A task-based guide for nontechnical and moderately technical readers: what a repository can help you do, how to set it up, and what its licence permits. Entries are being selected for practical usefulness rather than a fixed tool count. Hands-on installation checks, worked examples and the complete PDF/e-book remain unfinished.
The collection includes different kinds of tools and licences; inclusion does not mean every entry is a standalone agent or unrestricted open-source software.
