Digital delivery

After successful Payhip checkout, the Workplace digital kit is available on the download page and a download link is emailed to the checkout address. If you cannot access it, contact hello@kalnatech.com; the existing commitment to email the full kit within one business day after verified payment remains. Check your inbox and spam folder and ensure your checkout email address is correct.

Shipping and physical exchanges

No courier, physical shipping charge or physical return or exchange applies to this digital kit. Delivery terms for any other product must be confirmed before purchase.

Incorrect or inaccessible files

If the file is missing, incorrect or cannot be opened, contact hello@kalnatech.com with your payment reference and a description of the issue for assistance. A full refund will be provided if a working kit cannot be delivered, as described in Cancellation and Refund.
