The following approved refund commitments apply to Workplace AI Challenge — Individual Licence. Confirm product-specific terms before purchasing any other offer.

Duplicate payments

Duplicate payments will be refunded.

Delivery problems

A full refund will be provided if a working kit cannot be delivered. If you receive an incorrect or inaccessible file, contact hello@kalnatech.com so we can investigate and assist.

Cancellation requests

For a cancellation or refund enquiry, email hello@kalnatech.com with your order or payment reference, the email address used at checkout and a description of the issue. Requests will be reviewed with the transaction and delivery status and applicable rights in mind. Do not send card numbers or bank credentials.
